He has written a variety of articles and has presented at numerous conferences on a range of issues affecting the lives and care of Seniors. Though he specializes in senior living buildings, Richard has more than 30 years of experience in a variety of institutional building types, including courthouses, hospitals, laboratory buildings, and multi-family housing.
